When you don't have enough money, you probably find yourself thinking about
money. Maybe you worry about rent, paying your mortagage, buying food, filling your gas tank or delaying paying your bills.
Today, nearly 58% of all Americans are living paycheck to paycheck. That's an insane percentage, not to mention how all consuming it is for the mind. Money thoughts are distracting. It disrupts your ability to think effectively. So how do you make the shift from repetitive and disruptive money thoughts to a relaxed mindset about money?
First, it is essential to understand where your beliefs about money came from. More often than not, they are inherited or adopted from your ancenstors, families, and culture. These beliefs are ingrained from an early age making it a challenge to recognize they may not be true.
Mindset:
What if you change your perspective and see your future wealth as a lush garden overflowing with beautiful flowers, delicious vegetables and fruits, birds singing and bees buzzing. When your mind garden shifts from unhealthy soil and weeds to a lush garden overflowing with bounty, your financial future changes too.
How to Start a Wealth Garden:
If you ever had a garden then you know there are certain steps involved with setting it up and maintaining it. For example, you need to decide what you want to grow in your garden, where you will locate it, invest in gardening tools, clean out the weeds, test your soil, prepare the soil, choose the right seeds, plant with care, nurture your plants, and enjoy your harvest!
Creating a wealth garden is very similar. First, you want to clean out the 'wealth blockers.' They are the negative subconsious beliefs you inherited from society, family or friends. Like pulling weeds in your physcial garden, pulling out your old belief system is an arduous task. Sometimes you feel like you take two steps forward and three steps back.
What's amazing is that we all have the ability to pull out those toxic mental weeds and replace them with the right seeds that are filled with your heart's desires for wealth, health, love, peace, joy, spirituality, self-knowledge, and life purpose.
Simple Steps:
There are several ways to grow your wealth garden. Here are a few I think work well.
Follow What Makes Your Heart Sing. So many of my clients and students have no idea what there life purpose is. Sometimes it is as simple as thinking back to when you were a child and what came naturally to you. You can earn the next level of wealth by doing work that you absolutely love. When you do this you are following your soul's path.
Build A Strong Meditation Practice. If you make the time to sit in silence you'll be amazed at the bounty that lies within. Meditation is a powerful way to remember the Divine. It is something we discover, not create. It is always flowing in and out with the breath, like a secret tide.
Get Excited & Go All In. When you make a decision to shift your mindset, things in your life will also shift. Sometimes there will be small incremental shifts and other times big ones. Just stay on the path and forge ahead to your highest potential.
Commit To Positivity. Weeds grow in the best of gardens but that doesn't mean you can't roll up your sleeves and pull them out. The same goes with a wealth mindset. There will be days where the old beliefs will rush in like those nasty weeds that seem to pop up when you aren't looking. Remain focused, stick with your meditation practice and you'll discover those toxic mental weeds will die off.
Be Around Positive People. We've all been around people that can suck your energy dry and have you running for the nearest exit. That which you surround yourself with, you become. Seek out a community that inspires you. Sometimes it's a matter of finding people who share your interests.
Clean Up Your Environment. Our homes are living breathing structures that constantly interact with our own energy fields. When your home is organized, clean, decorated with natural elements from nature, the energy frequency level automatically increases. The result is you feel lighter, centered, and more energetic to move through your day.
Have An Attitude of Gratitude. When you practice gratitude on a daily basis you are receptive to abundance. Open you eyes to the bounties all around you in every moment, and you will begin to align yourself with the abundant flow of nature itself.
*MJ's Bonus Wealth Garden Tips:
Plant thriving vegetation in the southeast portent of your property. Make sure you include year round plants so this portion of your property is never barren. Add a gazing ball, bird feeder or bird house to this sector.
Clear out and space clear the southeast portent of your home. Incorporate water and wood elements in design. Think thriving plants with hearty root systems.

Heart's Desires:
When you have a strong purpose or aim, accompanied by determination, you are automatically catapulted towards fulfilling your dreams. You can find solutions to all your problems by living at higher levels and calling upon faster energies.
Intent is a force that exists in the universe. Intention is not something you do, but rather a force that exists in the universe as an invisible field of energy. Pantanjali suggested more than 20 centuries ago: "Dormant forces, faculties, and talents come alive, and you discover yourself to be a greater person by far than you ever dreamed yourself to be."
Pantajali is referring to forces that appear to be either nonexistent or dead, and he was referring to the powerful energy a person feels when inspired. If you ever felt inspired by a purpose, you know the feeling of Spirit working through you. Inspired is our word for in-spirited.
Did you ever wonder what these forces are that make you feel this way? Where they are located? Who gets them? Who is denied access? And Why? Intention is a force we all have within us. We have the means to attract this energy to us and experience life in an exciting new way.
Find out how these forces work and where they are located as you journey through the Codes of Creation Mastermind System with MJ. This is a powerful system that will take you through the invisible and formless field that manages the physical world and every part of you, including your soul, your thoughts, your emotions, and of course your physical body that you occupy.
In Touch With Nature:
Nature is omnipresent. It is part of the force that is everywhere. It is part of the field of intention that is infinite, beyond the world of form and boundaries. This infinite invisible force is everywhere, so it's both the physical and the nonphysical.
Intention sets in motion how physical form will appear and how it will grow, process, unfold and dissolve. In nature we see the perfection and intention of this energy field. If you cut an acorn open, you won't see a giant oak tree, but you know it is there. An apple blossom in springtime appears as a flower, yet the invisible intent built into it is an apple. This field of intention never makes a mistake. The acorn never becomes a pumpkin seed, or the apple blossom into an orange. Every aspect of nature without exception, has intention built into it. Nothing in nature questions its path of intent.
Learn how to interact with nature and the power of its forces in my book: Mother Nature A Bridge to Conscious Living . You'll learn how to identify with the infinte fields of intention through specific meditations with nature's elements. Journal your thoughts as you are drawn into the field of intention that is woven into the fabric of all things including YOU!
Namaste!
MJ
