Feeling Scattered?

Feeling out of step, scattered, unable to focus, and unsure how to get started on an important project or goal?
The best way to begin any endeavor is to pause and affirm that things happen with divine order.
Order is an eternal, changeless truth. We see in nature, in the tides, phases of the moon, and the transitions of the seasons. If the world operates this way, it makes sense that our lives do too.
We only need to align with the order that already is. Here are a few simple ways to ground your spirit and trust the blessings of divine order.
--Earth Meditation: Take a moment and connect with Mother Earth. Imagine your favorite natural environment. Engage all your senses. Hear the rustling leaves, cool breeze, and soft soil beneath your feet. With each breath you take, imagine a calm, soothing energy rising from the earth and filling your body. The visual cues can help deepen spiritual grounding.
--Walking Barefoot: When you walk directly on sand, grass, soil, or pavement, your body connects with the natural Hertz cycles of the earth. Concentrate on the earth's energy, connecting with your energy fields. This creates an enhanced grounding effect.
--Spiritual Reading: This is a wonderful way to connect deeply to your spirit. Choose high-vibration content to read to help cultivate a sense of inner peace. There are plenty of spiritual books, articles, and affirmations available to choose from.
--Positive Thinking: Choose thoughts that make you feel grounded, centered, and in alignment with your highest self. Mindset models are one of the most powerful ways to align yourself on your journey.
Grounding your energy is a wonderful spiritual practice that helps you feel rooted and strengthens your connection to the present moment.
Your life is in perfect order. Trust in the blessing of divine order.

Becoming Namaste

This is a powerful story between a son and his father about the meaning of Namaste and becoming Namaste.
Namaste means ... the Divine in me sees the Divine in you. But how many live, breathe, practice, and become namaste?
The son called his father in Mumbai, India, to ask him what he was doing wrong on his journey to spiritual realization. After all, he read nearly every book on the topic, enrolled in various workshops, yet he was unable to heal relationships in his life. Nothing seemed to be changing for him.
His father pointed out to his son that the journey he had chosen was one of intellect, learning what to do and what to think. He explained to his son that the journey would take him into his head and away from his heart.
His father explained that relationships and spirituality are not aspects of the mind. They are ascensions of the soul. The journey is one in which you learn to become Namaste—where you learn to see the Divine in everyone around you. Such a journey will transform you from the inside, ultimately transforming your world.
After a long conversation with his father, the son realized that when you become Namaste, you become more alert, aware, and observant of others. You begin to see the world in a whole different way.
The problem for so many is that we focus on doing and thinking that we don't see the Divine right before us. The result is that these techniques get in the way of our becoming Namaste. The tools we think will help us are the very things that block our vision.
When we lead from the heart, everything else in life aligns perfectly. It's about becoming and being rather than thinking and doing.

Saying Yes!

Do you give your full attention to what you are doing? If so, you are letting your senses be filled and living in the moment. Essentially, you are saying 'yes' to life!
Living fully means embodying love, peace, joy, kindness, and faith. It means you trust life and all that comes with it. People notice and are attracted to your energy fields. They know what you are passionate about because you do not hesitate to serve others.
When you fully participate in life, you do not shrink from opportunities. You dive in and look forward to helping others and making your mark upon the world.
Many times, when we say no, it's because we do not trust ourselves. Instead, know you have what it takes and say yes! We all can rise to any challenge or opportunity.
We only get one life to live, and we alone can choose how to live it. Embracing your life means being true to yourself, not living by someone else’s rules or expectations.
Trust your life. Trust your choices, and accept where you are on your life's journey.
Namaste!
