Cycles of Life Purpose

Updated: Jul 18, 2023

It's empowering to consider that your life purpose will have many cycles of birth, growth, death and transcendence. The old paradigm of purposefully educating yourself, finding a career and retiring doesn't fit this modern age of thinking.

It's exciting to know there is an ever flowing cycle for your life path. At any given time you can further educate yourself in a completely different field following your inner voice and your heart's deepest desires.

The heart is the center of all things in your life. When you approach life from the heart center you connect to the portal of your soul. This is where your true life purpose springs from.

Now more than ever, it is essential to connect with your heart portal. It is through the heart, not the mind, that you are able to connect with the seat of your soul. One of the easiest ways to connect to the heart portal is to take nature walks. The connection to the natural environment energetically raises your own vibration where you are able to recognize sensations, emotions, signs and symbols.

The language of the universe is woven throughout the natural environment. It contains a vast amount of information to assist the human journey. Nature recognizes the unlimited potential built into the fabric of our being. Nature also respects the freedom to choose what is best for your soul. There is no competition in nature or the need to please others.

The cycles of nature reflects the cycles of our life purpose. Spring is a time for rebirth, growth, and vitality and to boldly go forward and discover something new. Summer is a time where we reach the peak of abundance and share our achievements with others. Autumn is a time to pull inward and reap the rewards of the efforts we put in. Winter is a time to retreat, restore and prepare for the cycle of birth to occur again.

When we embody the cycles of nature, we gain insight to our life purpose as nature has a way of speaking directly to our soul and uncovering our cosmic purpose.

Becoming Who You Want To Be:

In 2019, Strong, Perfect, Whole - Becoming Who You Want to Be, was the last of a 6 book series that I was a contributing author of.

The last chapter of the book titled 'Boundless,' explores the road of life we are all travelling on. Lao Tzu offers good advice in his quote; "A good traveler has no fixed plans, and is not intent on arriving." Essentially, Lao Tzu is referring to the journey and not the destination.

Life's journey is undoubtedly filled with detours for all of us. These detours can test our faith, courage, strenghts and weaknesses. They represent the cycles of our life purpose. When we encounter a challenge, it is the universe's way of catapulting change, another route or cycle to embrace. It is through these cycles we evolve and discover our uniqueness.

Johann Wolfgang von Goethe once said; "As soon as you trust yourself you will know how to live." Discovering your life purpose begins with a leap of faith. This leap is not about trancending life but rather a more inclusive relationship with it. Connecting with the heart portal opens this relationship so we can empty our minds of false information we pick up along the way.

Rhythmic breathing is another way to plug into your heart portal. Focusing on your breath calms the mind and body so you can detach from the mind chatter that overrides your inner voice.

Simple Ways to Discover Your Life Purpose:

  1. Spend fifteen to thirty minutes clearing your mind of all predisposed information of what you were told to be. A simple meditation to help quiet the mind is to take four to eight breath ratio: inhale for a count of four and exhale for a count of eight. As the mind calms down you are able to let go of old tapes that are running.

  2. Write down on a piece of paper the header, "What is my true purpose in life?" Then write as many answers that come to mind - just keep writing them down.

  3. The answer that makes you cry is your purpose in life. It will deeply resonate with you.

  4. The challenge is keeping this life purpose with you and living it.

The Vital Center:

Module 5 in my Codes of Creation Mastermind System focuses entirely on the vital center - the heart portal. In this module, the student takes a deep dive in understanding thyself. Meeting the mountain is part of the process that frees you from the concept of duality. It enables you to take off the blinders, push down the walls of your cage, and venture forward. Coming to know the mountain is like listening to your soul.

The vital center is a powerful point that drives the forces of all things. Through the octahedron platonic solid, the student learns how to connect to everything in the universe. It is the epiphany of the Divine - Ah - Ha moment where the emergence of our innermost is revealed.

The elements of spirituality come into play as the student delves deeper into the vital center where the heart gate opens. A cross section of the heart gate triggers to the heart of the home anchoring the physcial body to the spiritual body. This is the pinnacle point of the life journey assisting us to reach a state of maximum experience and understanding the cycles of life, death and ressurection as a part of all things.
