Reaching Towards the Sun

There are countless varieties of flowers in the world all reaching for the sun to grow. In the same way, each of the world's people is expressing a yearning to grow towards their higher self.

Like flowers that bloom and grow when planted in good soil, each person has a divine essence blessed with unique gifts. Collectively, we express our divine nature uniquely contributing to a worldwide spiritual garden.

Now is the time of new beginnings as nature wipes the remaining signs of winter off its outer covering.

In the days to come, all things take root, flowers blossom, and put forth shoots. It's a sign of renewal, embarking on new ventures, and awakening latent potentials within each person.

The significance of the vernal equinox reflects humanity's relationship with nature's rhythms. The dance between cyclic patterns of nature lies in the potential for personal growth.

This is the perfect time to shed old habits and behaviors and embrace new possibilities like buds waiting to bloom under the sun.

New Routine:

There is new vibrant energy knocking on your door. Go ahead and answer it!

Perhaps the first call to action is to ask yourself what you would like to welcome into this season. There is no wrong answer here but it does require you to get quiet and think about what you want to focus on. Is it the same goal you set in the past or something new in alignment with your future?

I know my goals are the same but I have switched my daily routine. Whenever I am in my car I no longer listen to the radio. Instead, I enjoy silence and play a little game of "awareness." For example, I may set the intention to note how many birds I notice on my route. This is a simple way to practice mindfulness.

I've also added more meditation times to my day. Instead of sitting in one long meditation, I break it up throughout the day.

I also added the "learning something new" segment to my week. I decided to learn how to play the piano again. It's slow but I am making progress.

Spring is the perfect time to reset your routine. What are your plans to level up your life?

Trusting Intuition

Do you ever get a hunch, a little nudge to go somewhere or do something? This is your intuition checking in with you. These moments are precious, helping you feel the presence of your spirit guides offering you guidance.

Our intuition is the highest form of intelligence we possess. Swiss psychologist Carl Jung once said, "Intuition gives outlook and insight; it revels in the garden of magical possibilities."

Intuition stems from that nonlinear dimension of our minds where unconscious connections arise within our conscious minds seemingly out of nowhere.

Intuition is a gift we all possess. Sadly, so many of us don't recognize how vital it is until we have a spark of spiritual awakening. It is a potent tool - a natural gift ready and available for us.

Without our intuition, we feel lost because our intuition is a direct line to our higher self that offers the spiritual guidance we need.

The more you trust intuition and attune to it, the easier it is to make important decisions, open new paths to fresh opportunities, and transform the whispers of your heart into the life of your dreams.

Engage with Spring

The trees are budding and flowers blooming to awaken your mind, body, and spirit.

Here are a few ways you can engage in Spring.

  • Look closely at the magnificent plants blooming all around you.

  • Spend time in parks with lots of trees. Trees release phytoncides that reduce stress hormones.

  • Observe birds local to your area.

  • Be inspired by the flower blooms and create a floral arrangement for your house.

  • Spruce up your garden by clearing out debris and adding a fresh layer of soil.

  • Give your home a deep cleaning and fresh look by rearranging furniture, touching up scuffed walls, wafting plant-based essential oils, and creating a windowsill herb garden.

Be inspired and harness the energy of Spring!

Create a fresh look in your home and energetically align it with MJ's downloadable publication, The Rooms and Realms of Our Homes Weaving the Power of Attraction in Design.

Happy Spring!
