Let's do a little math:
Add the numbers of your birth year together and repeat the process until you have a single digit. For example, 1980= 1+9+8+0=9
Subtract this figure from 11. Using the example above, 11-9=2.
There are instances when the number calculated from adding all 4 numbers is 10. For example, the year 1900: 1+9+0+0=10. When reduced to one digit, we are left with a 1, which subtracted from 11 is 10. The solution here is to reduce the number to a single digit: 11 – 1 = 10, 1+0 = 1.
*Special Note* If you were born between 1 January and 3 February, use the preceding year as a way to find your nature number. For example, born January 9th,1989 use the year 1988 for your calculation.
